We’re working with a leading Web3 organization that’s playing a key role in shaping the future of blockchain infrastructure.
They need a Tax Director to own global tax strategy — everything from compliance to crypto-native structuring — and help drive operational excellence across finance.
You’ll lead end-to-end tax operations: managing filings across jurisdictions, overseeing transfer pricing and intercompany activity, and navigating the tax complexity of token ecosystems. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors while building a scalable foundation for future growth.
What you bring:
- 5+ years in corporate/international tax, ideally with some Big 4 + in-house experience
- Crypto/Web3 exposure — you understand the tax implications of DeFi, token events, etc.
- CPA or equivalent background, plus strong technical and communication chops
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the drive to build from the ground up
