Axiom Recruit is looking for a talented Staff Software Engineer - Rust to join a tech startup company that's building a new kind of security protocol for decentralized applications (DApps).
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of the off-chain hack prevention system
- Collaborated with external network teams for system and API integration.
- Focus on performance and security for critical infrastructure.
- Proven experience in software development using Rust, with a strong background in systems architecture.
- Skilled in building high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Hands-on expertise in performance tuning, particularly around databases and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities paired with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively take initiative.
- Be part of the Founding team.
