Axiom is hiring a Product Operations Associate to join a top DeFi company, recognised for making cryptocurrency accessible through simple, user-friendly products.
This role will help manage digital asset operations, improve processes, work with different teams, and ensure smooth execution of token products. The ideal candidate will have experience in token operations and a passion for blockchain and financial markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage on-chain and off-chain operations for blockchain products.
- Ensure operational excellence and attention to detail in execution.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects for strategic growth using new technologies.
- Coordinate onboarding and maintain relationships with trading platforms, custodians, and service providers.
- Monitor operational risks, suggest process improvements, and provide support for ad-hoc inquiries.
Who You Are
- 1+ years in product operations at a major digital asset or DeFi/CeFi platform.
- Strong problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for blockchain
- Familiar with top custodians (e.g. Fireblocks, Copper) and major trading platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis, communication, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a focus on risk control and cross-team coordination
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice To Have
- Solid knowledge of financial and crypto markets.
- Good understanding of product management and product improvement.
- Skilled in Python, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Familiar with smart contracts (Solana, EVM) and on-chain tools like Tenderly.
