We're seeking a visionary Head of Engineering/Director. We need someone experienced in building amazing mobile apps and expertise in digital asset trading infrastructure.

This is a blank canvas, open to new technology stack, build roadmap, managing and growing teams. An exciting opportunity to build from zero to 100!
What you Will Be Responsible For:
- Drive Technological Advancement: Spearhead the development and optimization of tech alongside the third-party partners. You will choose the right technologies the team will build with. Ensure timely delivery and top-notch quality.
- Hiring and Manage Budgets: Hire and manage a talented team of developers, AI experts, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Efficiently manage technical budgets and allocate resources for maximum impact.
- Shape Technical Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the team to define and execute the technical product roadmap. Embracing the startup ethos and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Ensure Security: Guarantee the security, integrity, and scalability of the mobile application as it scales.
What We Require From You:
- Hands of Development: Track record as a Head of Engineering with 8+ years of engineering experience and involvement with mobile development projects.
- Technical Infrastructure: Strong grasp of technical architecture and infrastructure supporting high-speed data transmission.
- Blockchain and Cryptocurrency: Familiarity with blockchain technology, particularly in cryptocurrency trading contexts.
- Mobile Application: Experience building out on mobile iOS or Android platforms.
- Trading Infrastructure: Experience working with a competing trading platform and understanding trading infrastructure is required. Understanding of low-latency trading principles for fast execution times.
