Axiom is hiring for a Head of BD / Growth for a dynamic Web3 company renowned for its cutting-edge technology and exceptional team culture.
This role reports to the CEO and will drive the growth of customer and partner pipelines for the Prover Network and ZK Coprocessor products.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers.
- Drive ecosystem growth through prospecting and outreach.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer ongoing support and gather feedback for product development.
- Track and analyze customer pipeline using CRM and business intelligence tools.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in business development or growth within web3.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, lifecycles, and community dynamics.
- Hands-on experience working with customers and closing deals via web3 channels.
- Experience in organizing and leading online and offline events (a plus).
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
