Axiom is looking for a proactive Growth Lead to spearhead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for a DeFi company.

- Manage marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- Track and report key metrics to measure success and guide improvements
- Experienced in growth marketing, especially in Web3, crypto, or fintech.
- Strong with data analysis, decision-making, and marketing tools.
- Skilled in communication, leadership, and working in fast-paced settings.
