Axiom is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team building exciting AI-powered experiences.
You’ll play a key role in developing our AI character studio, where users can create and interact with characters in AR/VR.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global engineering team and contribute as a hands-on developer.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies in AI, Crypto, and Productivity/Entertainment.
- Mentor engineers, aligning software products with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope and requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, ensure quality, and foster innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in software development and engineering management, especially in startups.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Go, Rust, and large-scale development (React, Node, MongoDB, Docker).
- Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and GPU infrastructure management.
- Experience with agile development, project management tools, and shipping products.
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving ability; experience with EVM/Solana blockchain and image recognition is a plus.
