What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute an ecosystem growth strategy to increase adoption and partnerships within Solana.
- Identify and build strategic relationships with key Solana projects, protocols, and industry players.
- Actively engage with the Solana community through events, meetups, hackathons, and online channels.
- Work closely with Business Development & Product teams to align partnership efforts with our roadmap.
- Position the company as a go-to partner within the Solana space.
- 2+ years of experience in the Solana ecosystem, with an extensive network.
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain interoperability, and liquidity markets.
- Experience engaging with crypto communities and participating in key industry events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive high-impact collaborations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Remote-first work environment with flexible hours.
