Axiom is seeking a Community Marketing Lead for a blockchain company to engage and grow the community of builders and advocates.
This role will drive online interactions, connect our platform with builders, and help build an active community aligned with our mission of bringing millions on-chain.
Responsibilities
- Grow and engage the Web3 community across Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and Farcaster.
- Support builders to grow their projects and increase onchain impact.
- Create daily social content, join Web3 conversations, and share ecosystem updates.
- Be the main contact for the community, handling questions and feedback.
- Run events, campaigns, and programs to drive engagement and excitement.
Requirements
- Experienced Web3/Blockchain Community Manager.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, and EVM ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Skilled in managing communities across X, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster.
- Proactive, creative, and thrives in fast-paced remote teams
Nice to Haves
- Strong design skills for community visuals and announcements.
- Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe, and video editing tools.
- Experience launching tokens and driving growth.
- Managed Web3 communities with measurable results.
- Skilled in social media management and content creation in English.
