What you’ll do:
  • Lead business development efforts across the U.S., focusing on both Web3-native and institutional integration partners
  • Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline across verticals including DeFi, TradFi, Fintech, GameFi, and beyond
  • Leverage your network and deep market insight to identify, engage, and close high-impact partnerships
  • Represent the platform at key industry events and lead relevant speaking opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong operational alignment and seamless integration experiences
You’re a fit if you:
  • Have 3–5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech
  • Possess a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and the broader crypto landscape
  • Bring strong connections in both Web3 and institutional finance sectors
  • Have a track record of managing B2B pipelines and closing high-value deals
  • Are an excellent communicator—comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are based in the U.S. (ideally New York)
