We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, revenue-focused Business Development Lead to drive partnerships at the intersection of Web3, AI, and next-gen infrastructure.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with crypto-native teams, investors, and infrastructure partners, driving serious growth and building meaningful collaborations.

What you'll do:
  • Close 5–10 strategic partnerships in your first 6 months, bringing in ~$500K+ in contract value
  • Drive at least 20% of new vCPU/GPU usage via partnerships
  • Add 30+ qualified leads to the pipeline monthly
  • Land 10+ enterprise deals within your first year
  • Work closely with marketing and account teams to activate, co-market, and grow new partnerships
  • Get creative with partnership models: resellers, integrations, co-branded initiatives—you’ll own the approach
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 3–7 years of experience in BD, partnerships, or sales (bonus points for Web3, AI, or cloud infrastructure background)
  • Knows how to close deals and explain technical value with clarity
  • Has strong existing networks in the crypto-native ecosystem
  • Is proactive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role
